Yes, the food is amazing and fresh and I eat there weekly. But more than that, the staff is so wonderful. Tonight, I ordered... ahead to pick up. I could never pick up the order because my cat was seriously injured and we had to run her to the emergencypet vet. I called Yo Poke to mention that they could cancel my order (tearily on the phone) and the gentleman on the other endwas so kind an compassionate & gave me a refund without me asking. I started digging in right when I got it so excuse the half eaten bowl picture. Guy was really helpful and when I questioned the... eel sauce a kid behind me said ?it?s really good? eyes wide open and said he puts extra. So I got some. I was recommended thehalf white rice with salad and spicy salmon because I like spicy. Went down the line got basically everything beside quac. They are training a new employee, she makes a mistake and closes my receipt without asking me if I wanted to participate in... their points program. The new employee also neglected to offer me a receipt for my purchase and apparently they couldn't issueone because the ticket was closed already. As I understand it, it is probably illegal to refuse to issue a receipt for yourpurchase. Very high prices and not customer service oriented. Not coming here again. Read more
Great experience. Never had been there before. Lots of options and the person that was serving me did a great job. Food was... absolutely amazing. I got regular sized spicy tuna & salmon, sushi rice, cucumber, pineapple, spicy mayo, sweet and sour sauce,avocado, seaweed salad, green onions, surimi salad, with eel sauce. Absolutely amazing.
