Nightmare for people who Doordash. Lobby is closed at night therefore I wait in line for 22 minutes for one?s persons order.... McDonald?s does it right. They have it down and know how to push out orders quick. How about this?. Open the lobby or have somesort of system where delivery drivers do not have to wait for 20+ minutes. I have ordered from this Wendy's three times, ordering the same Dave's single combo, yet I only receive these blank burgers. I... was okay with it once but three times is ridiculous. I called and then got berated and hung up on by an employee who said it wasmy problem to deal with and that I ordered a bun rather than a burger I spent 15 dollars for. I definitely five the fast and courteous service here. Very consistent and professional. The place is clean and reasonably... comfortable for a fast food outlet. The dings are for (1) the chairs used in the dining area being heavy and easy to trip overand (2) parking and access being pretty tight, especially for a corner lot. I also don?t like the narrower direction Wendy?s hasgone with their menu in recent years, but that?s not specific to this store. Read more
I live in senior housing, and there's a cute little old lady that comes here a couple of times a week for the senior special, so... this time I took her. I tried the burger meal with the bourbon sauce and frizzled onions. It was very very good, except it wasslapped together rather hap-hazardly. The fries were good too. Read more
Wow. Just spent $9.19 for a small fry, lg. coffee and a chicken sandwich with the smallest filet I've ever been served and... rotten lettuce. I get that labor and employment are low, but observing rotten food and slapping it on a sandwich anyway? GrossWendy's. You're about as quality as Burger King. Read more
