Nightmare for people who Doordash. Lobby is closed at night therefore I wait in line for 22 minutes for one?s persons order.... McDonald?s does it right. They have it down and know how to push out orders quick. How about this?. Open the lobby or have somesort of system where delivery drivers do not have to wait for 20+ minutes. I have ordered from this Wendy's three times, ordering the same Dave's single combo, yet I only receive these blank burgers. I... was okay with it once but three times is ridiculous. I called and then got berated and hung up on by an employee who said it wasmy problem to deal with and that I ordered a bun rather than a burger I spent 15 dollars for.
