The last 2 times I went here, they forgot to give me my food for 20+ minutes after it was ready. I pre-ordered for pickup, paid... when I got to the store, and then sat there waiting while everyone else got served who came in and ordered after me. Local Favorite This burger joint has become a classic among the college students at MSU. The house burger features their tangy... house sauce and perfectly grilled patty. My girlfriend and I come here all the time and they are typically pretty consistent. This last time that we went, two of our... burgers were pretty under cooked and when I informed the guy of it he said that it was safe to eat? rather than offering to fixit. The first time I tried the burgers, it was delicious! So pretty I didn?t know how to eat it. It was huge I couldn?t eat the... whole thing. So I called to order a second time a week or so later, they answer me after the second call . The guy says, ? lookI?m too busy to take orders now?. I said ?oh? Really enjoyed this spot. Would definitely come here often if I lived here. Got the Hidden Valley, pb&chocolate shake, and... fries. Absolutely MASSIVE portion of fries, burger was solid, shake was good. Really liked the atmosphere as well- lots to lookat, you can tell it's just a fun place to be. Seating for the dog outside, tons of specials, discounts for firemen, police, andveterans. Altogether a solid joint. Read more
I came here on 15th Sept, 22. I met Hayden and expressed my desire to have something hot and spicy. Hayden suggested a burger... and upon request, he was also able to add fresh Jalapenos to the burger. 5 stars for Hayden and his willingness to make thecustomer happy. However, I would have expected a 1/2 pounder burger for the price, not a 1/4 pounder. $14 for a 1/4 burgerwithout fries for pretty much a takeout place seems expensive to me. What do you guys think?
