This place has a very chill atmosphere, I wouldn't call it "hip", but it's certainly a "vibe" as the kids say. Friendly staff,... although "staff" is a bit vague and does not do them justice. More like pizza masters... yea that's it. Food, phenomenal. Nuffsaid. I personally tried a pizza that had a lemon on the side and for the first half of the pizza it was good, but once Isqueezed the lemon on the pizza, Wow wow wow. It was like a whole different pizza. Delicious and fairly quick, assuming it'snot terribly busy. They do have Gluten-Free crust, which I had, and It was decent. But you probably won't be concentrating onthe crust as much, as the toppings are "fire" (excuse the pun). Highly recommend! Read more
The Ugly Onion catered our 100+ person outdoor party this summer. The timing of the appetizers and dinner worked perfectly to... allow kids and adults to snack and then get pizza when they were ready to eat. We had a large selection of pizzas, all of whichwere delicious. Favorites included the Vermonter, the Margarita, and the Vegan pizzas. The chefs were able to judge what ourguests were enjoying and then make more of that type of pizza. We received lots of compliments from our guests. Great pizza, can?t go wrong with any of their pies.. Ordered the Vegan pie and Vermonter and both were outstanding.
Tried them out for the first time tonight and ordered a pepperoni and mushroom pizza! It was cooked perfectly and absolutely... delicious! You can tell that everything is fresh! Will go again and try their vermonter next time! It was a pleasure meeting youguys! Thanks for the yummy pizza! Read more

FIVE STARS!!! We?ve had The Ugly Onion catered twice for family events. The wood fired pizza was fantastic. I especially loved... their Vermont Pizza. Apple, bacon and cheddar cheese yum!! Phenomenal pizza. Great price. I would put their pizza up with the likes of Red Tractor, Bridger Brewing, Pizza Campania. Tried... the Margherita and Vermonteer. Both were spectacular and were a nice complement to one another. Very friendly people there.More of a takeout "grab and go" but there are spots nearby you can eat. Will definitely be back Read more
We hired the Ugly Onion for our 30 person wedding this August. They were very responsive, flexible and easy to work with on the... planning side of things. On the day of, their service was professional and friendly! They belt fed us some of the most deliciousappetizers and pizza I have had. Their selection of pizzas is quite unique with recipes that I would never had imagined. Theconcept of the mobile pizza oven is really cool and also flexible to your event. Watching their awesome staff making pizzasunder the Montana vista was really one of a kind. I would definitely recommend the Ugly Onion for any kind of event you wishthrow. Read more
