3 employees to wait on 1 couple, no hi hello, no hand washing, no fresh product their uniforms were wrinkled, instead of asking... what we'd like on our sandwich they stared at us if we should "know the drill" and they acted annoyed when they weren't tipped.Well I worked there when it opened, and I am always sorely disappointed going in there. Popped in for a salad, and was treated to terrible customer service and food that looked like it had gone through a blender.... The woman who waited on me seemed annoyed that I ordered a salad; a regular menu item. She put all my chosen ingedients in abowl and proceeded to mash them into some sort of unappetizing mess. What's worse is when biting into a piece of chicken I founda bone! Needless to say I will not return here! Read more
I feel for the owners of this franchise location. Possibly the worst employees. I stood at the register for a solid 5 minutes,... watching 2 employees in the back, walk back and forth, noticeably see me......yet not care at all. I guess Subway just does notwant my business.
