Line was long but kept moving at a good pace. Baristas were super sweet and fast moving. Drinks were great!
We had a great experience this morning... Even though they were very busy, the gal that took our order was incredibly friendly!... Another bad experience here this morning. The catty girls that work here didn't warm up my croissant and gave me a cup that had... coffee and whipped cream spilled all over it. Not to mention yesterday I went in and two girls at around 4pm were laughing atme when I picked up a mobile order. One girl had blond curly hair and the other had black very long straight hair. Got a mobile order this morning and I ordered a venti white chocolate mocha and an almond croissant. The white mocha was... literally 1/2 full and the croissant wasn't even cut and wasn't toasted like it said on the bag. I come here almost every dayand this is the customer service experience I received? Thanks Starbucks :( Read more
High staff turnover here causing broad uncertainty around whether dining room opens as well as unpredictable service times.... Product is still the product, though. Plenty of parking and decent access. Read more
I really like this location. The baristas are sweet and considerate, and more than happy to customize your drink. Ive been here... innumerable times and only had 1 bad experience, but the barista in question doesn?t even work there anymore so now it?s allgood, everytime. These gals fly through their line very quickly considering how many cars there usually are, and howunderstaffed most places are. I appreciate the workers alot. Read more
