Not very entryway or floors, although the bathroom was clean and being cleaned. Pancakes were not fully cooked in the middle... and we made a point of asking for crisp bacon and got limp, ask for over medium eggs and got over easy. Serving staff was nicethough. Read more
Traveling from Texas, when we hit Billings we put in for Dennys but only IHOP showed up (open till 10pm) we arrive at 8:24pm as... a family was leaving the dinning area we walked to the door only to find a (computer printed sign that said -due to staffingdinning area closed at 8pm -only online orders). We literally drove over 2hrs because the web business info said,it wasavailable. There are four cars in the parking lot and a few ppl still in the dinning area, but olive garden is packed with cars/ppl. IHOP UPDATE YOUR WEB SITE IF YOU DONT WORK THE HOURS YOU OFFER SERVICE'S. TRAVELERS HUNGRY AND TIRED DONT HAVE MANYOPTIONS TO DRIVE AROUND GUESSING IF MORE PLACES ARE JUST PUTTING SIGNS ON DOORS DURING BUSINESS HOURS TO CUT OUT EARLY FORHALLOWEEN SAT parties(assumed). I struggled with a previous order, upon coming back Rich on duty ( short staffed as they are ) handled business as for a another... try with an order no questions asked or problems givin. Thing's happen, I appreciate the help and re-do . I-Hop has been aroundfor years people support it. Read more
Had worst experience since I?m in USA eating out. I go eat out a lot since we love to travel to Montana but I know for sure I?ll... never go back to IHOP from Bozeman, MT. The server was rude and racist, acting like he was making us a favour serving us. Iunderstand we both me and my husband have an accent but he could be much polite. Beside that our drink never been refilled,extra toast we ordered never beserved to us and we been charged thefor( but whe I talked to the manager on duty he refunded usfor) and also I had to remind the server that we ordered crepes and finally he brought them to us. When asked for the checkserver came to us opened the book instead to leave on the table and was waiting for the card, I never seen such a rude attitude.So we paid and left so mad not leaving a tip and when I sit in my car the server showed us the middle finger! I think thisalready says a lot. No education at manners at all! We won?t back inside and spoke with the manager on duty which he didn?t seemto care to much and told me nicely to walk out. So again I went back I took refund for the toast that served never brought to usand left, and manager on duty when see me again said YOU GUYS BETTER HAVE TO LEAVE. I?m shocked and I hope the general managerwill watch the camera and fire both of those individuals, can?t even call them people! Read more

Friendliest staff I've met in a long time! The man who served us (I don't remember his name, sorry!) was excellent and even... brought out the extra milkshake that didn't fit into the regular glass. The other staff was very polite, and I thoroughlyenjoyed the confetti pancakes I ordered. Read more
