Fresco Cafe has come along way in atmosphere since I moved away from Bozeman in 2015. Their new location (new to me) is very... chic, warm, and wine bar charming. The thing that hasn't changed is the delicious food. This was my favorite Italian eatery backwhen I lived in Montana and I'm glad to see that it's still thriving and doing well. Read more

For a Monday night, This was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. I don’t mean to be a “Karen” but the... service was absolute garbage. Our server completely forgot to punch our order in and he never apologized once for the wait. Ittook us 50 minutes for our French onion soups and Cesar salad to be brought to the table. Watching others around us get servedwas demoralizing and quite frankly a complete waste of time. Which makes me truly believe our table was being prioritized. Ontop of the major time delay, our entree noodles in each dish were completely under cooked and rushed. Our server had zero backbone and was completely rattled/terrified to approach our table in which made our dinner incredibly awkward. I’ve never feltso relieved to get out of a restaurant. If you’re looking for horrific service, undercooked WinCo noodles, tomatoes in yourCesar salad, and baby sized meatballs, you’ve found the right place. Read more

Food and atmosphere was awesome!! Staffing is an issue but not their fault. Our whole country is having staffing issues. So plan... on a wait, but food, staff and atmosphere all great! Read more

Sad to have a 2 star experience! Came in years ago and loved it, not anymore! Service was good. Noodles were over cooked in all... 3 dishes, two of the three dishes were room temperature, flavor was just blah. Homemade Italian sausage dish was very, very odd.The fish in the seafood Alfredo was cooked well, sadly nothing else was right. Extremely high prices for what you are getting. There are multiple other amazing pasta/Italian places in town that taste authentic and are worth your $. Read more

Great atmosphere and a solid menu but poor execution in my experience. I ordered the carbonara and the sauce was way to thing... and did not stick to the pasta and the whole dish was way over salted. I did not really enjoy my dish. I think the flavor wasthere but could not tell because of the excess of salt. My girlfriend order the ravioli and it was delicious. Also, the breadserved with the dished was dense and crumbly, overall not great. Leaving 4 stars in hoping that my dish was a one off and and acook was just having an off night. Read more

Firstly, I’m giving Cafe Fresco 2 stars because the server deserves some credit at least! The overall service she provided was... good, but there were multiple other reasons for only 2 stars. 1. We requested a table outside while entertaining friends fromout of town. We were unable to be seated outside due to potential weather issues. 2. Once seated inside, we saw people beingseated outside within 10 mn. The inside restaurant was actually hot as a customer nearest the garage style window did not wantthe door open. There is no a/c and it really was too hot inside. Eventually (and not soon enough!) that door was opened. 3. Ihave felt in past experiences here, that entree portions were lackluster - not enough flavor, toast-like bruschetta, not muchflavor in the shrimp scampi and certainly not enough shrimp (5 non-large) for a $35 dollar entree, but wanted to give themanother shot because of the outdoor eating option we didn’t get. Also wanted to see if any improvements could’ve been made.Sadly, that was not the case. I called management to let them know of our experience before posting a review. We were offeredcompensation for my shrimp scampi since it was “supposed to have six shrimp on it,” which is still chincy if you ask me. Itwas also not enough enticement to cause me to try to drop another over $350 dollar dinner there. I wish we could give CafeFresco a better review. I so wanted it to wow me this time. Read more

Went to Bozeman on a work trip and wanted to treat myself in Mother’s Day since I was away from my kids. Found this yummy... Italian spot and for a seat at the bar. Caroline took great care of me. The meat balls were fantastic. I also had the ravioliand a great red blend to compliment dinner. A great dining experience if you are in town and a cozy atmosphere. Read more

What an amazing meal ???? the best carbonara I’ve ever had! And the gelato was so fresh and tasty as well. Came here as a... recommendation from a local and couldn’t be happier! A little pricey but way worth it and we were celebrating the end of ourtrip. Best meal we had the entire time! Read more
