Nice selection of sushi. Didn't expect to find a good sushi spot in Bozeman. Also has a good selection Asian fusion cuisine if... sushi isn't your thing. Sat at the sushi-bar, Eric took great care of me. Try the Hamachi Belly, spicy scallops, unagi, kingsalmon and Anna Ebi with fried shrimp heads. Good selection of sake, beer and wine. We always see signs advertising this business when we visit Montana, so we definitely had to try it when we were in the... area. The sushi was delicious and the price was very reasonable. Had a great time at Dave's. The sushi is amazing and well worth the price. Best sushi I've had to this day. The sushi chefs know... what they're doing, chef's choice is always a good way to go. On the drive to Bozeman from the airport, highway billboards proclaim that Dave's sushi is the best in Montana - a message that... stuck days later when someone proposed sushi for dinner. Wow was that billboard right! Surprised and delighted at every course,we enjoyed many rolls, the fried collar, and a bowl of churashi. Quality through and through. Highly recommended and willdefinitely be back. Significantly better sushi than most everything in its price tier. Read more

Surprisingly great sushi for the middle of the mountains! Dave's never disappoints, the quality is really great and the food is... delicious. Pros - lots of gluten free options (including the tempura!!), good size portions, new menu additions often andfriendly staff. Cons - the menu is overwhelmingly large, a little pricey. I prefer to pick up and take home rather than eat atthe restaurant most of the time since it's consistently SUPER busy and packed with people. worth a stop! Read more
Food was so good and the atmosphere was blast. The portions were perfect and the sushi was super fresh. The calamari and chicken... wings were fried to perfection and were perfect for the appetizer. The fried chicken roll was amazing and so was the S'Happeningand Avocado Extreme. Definitely stop whole you are here. Super Reasonable but we go hard. Read more
