Not great, sorry to say. Seemed somewhat chaotic behind the counter. They're pumping out orders, but not with quality goods or... service. My tall latte was just a half cup of coffee + half cup of milk, just warm. Wrong! I ordered 2 goodies, but only gotone. I was already driving away, so I took it as a loss. Not going back. If all you want is a cup of java, should be fine. If you want to treat yourself, probably try a locally owned joint or Starbucks down the street. Read more

My first time in to City Brew today and I was met at the drive though with Joss. She was incredibly rude and because I didn?t... know the terminology (first time customer) she was extremely rude when I called it a ?medium? and started laughing. She also gotirritated with me when I wanted to add vanilla to my iced coffee. Very disappointed and will not be returning. ???? Read more

I think during the mid morning rush my barista forgot to put everything in my pumpkin cold brew that usually makes it good lol... Thankfully the cashier, Jazzy, was kind enough to have another drink made for me! I am very thankful for her customer service! The second drink came out perfect and exactly what I wanted. Read more

Not much on the chai selection, and they appeared to under-buy the bakery stuff on the day I was there. Parking and access are... decent, but it?s not a big deal because the drive through lane is long and seems efficient. I didn?t like that the baristas arehidden behind two tall machines on the counter. Read more

LOVE that this place has dividers for the individual seating. Makes for a very personal, secluded place to enjoy some coffee and... have a little you time or an intimate conversation with a friend. Coffee is good and the food is tasty. Just wish they had theplant-based breakfast sandwich they advertise ever! Can't seem to get my hands on that scrumptious little guy. Read more

This was my first time at a City Brew, and for the uninitiated it closely resembles a Starbucks in decor (I think they have the... same front cooler, similar layout, etc). BUT! This is coffee far and above the Starbucks? level. My brewed coffee was amedium roast, light and smooth, if lacking a little in flavor. The espresso was a little bland or stale tasting mid-sip, butthe front was bright and tangy and the finish was smooth and sweet. This would normally be a slightly above-average review forme, but the fourth star comes from the incredible gouda and egg sandwich I had. Really creamy, all the few simple parts cookedperfectly with regard to the others. I?ll come back just for that!! On top of all of this, really friendly staff and a cleanand relaxed environment, easy to park (or walk from nearby hotels). All of my order came out extremely fast and propertemperature. The coffee issues happen at the roast level, not any fault of the baristas, and even then definitely above averagefor a chain! I look forward to more City Brew in the future! Oh, and did I mention the beautiful mountain view? Read more
