As of recent months, Buffalo Wild Wings has become my daughter?s favorite restaurant, which means we frequent the establishment... at the very least once, sometimes twice a week. In our routine visits, we?ve gotten to know most of the staff, who are alwayscourteous, super kind, and helpful.. There?s been occasions when they?ve been short staffed and they still managed to get ourorder out in a timely manner, and regularly check in with us to make sure our needs are met.. With a four year old daughterwho?s an extremely picky eater, I am very grateful to have found a spot that she enjoys that I do as well.. Keep up the goodwork B-Dubs!! ?????????????? Read more

Came in on a Tuesday at 5. Host sat me and my 2 & 3 year old at a high top. My kids drink took as long to get as it took us to... eat our food. We did ask for a kid size of a mocktail?I asked the food runner who delivered the food for silverware and napkinsand he told me that my server would bring it. We got it when the kid drink was delivered at the end of the meal. Maybe it?s agreat place if you?re coming for a beer and football, but the lack of attention to detail was too much for me, I would havegiven 1 star if my kids didn?t like the bbq wings. Read more

I would give zero stars if I could. We were here last week for my birthday with a group of 15 people. It took them over an hour... to seat us and we were seated in a table that was open the ENTIRE hour we were waiting. All of us got extremely sick the nextday including the kids and wouldn?t refund our money. I will never eat at this location ever again. Horrible everything. Read more

Bad: $15 for this tiny salad. That is nothing special. Good: In restaurant eating wings and appetizers has been good. Besides... how long it takes. Obviously short staffed. Read more

On Sunday we we went to Apple Bees they adjusted there Sunday hours so we went to Buffalo Wild wings. All we wanted to do was... dine and watch the game. The host told us that there would be a ten minute wait so he took my husband's name we went and sat atthe bar ordered a couple of drinks. As people entered in the host seated them. My husband went and asked him do we get a tablenow so far it had been close to fifteen minutes. He had forgotten about us. Once more people were seated so we finished ourdrinks as we were leaving he came and offered us a table without a word we left. Read more

TLDR; Overal, you should not come here. I would recommend you go right across the street to Old Chicago for a better experience.... Don't even give it the time of day. Its honestly a joke over here. We have been coming here for years and as of late, it hasjust gotten worse and worse... the service takes forever and I believe this has something to do with the restaurant beingseverely understaffed. At our recent visit, the bartender took over 20 minutes to actually get us our drink orders. At one point a couple came up to the bar and tried to order drinks (as they were waiting for a table) and she refused, saying that they wereunable to let them have drinks while they waited. What?? During our time at the bar, our bartender actually left withouttelling us or giving any indication that they were not coming back, and a different person (apparently pulled from the kitchen)was supposed to be the new bartender. The entire time they were behind the bar they talked about how they didn't know anythingabout the system didn't know how to make drinks and was seemingly confused about their overall objectives. From the time ofactually getting a food order in, our meals (which were just appetizers) took about 2 hours to arrive and was of unsatisfactorycondition with feathers attached, etc. When we went to check out the bill was over a $100 for really late drinks and sub-parappetizers. To the owner/manager: If you don't have enough staff to operate at full capacity, then you need to close sectionsand account for and allocate the small amount of staff you do have working for you. Stretching people so thin they cannot handlethe work load doesn't help anyone. Read more

Our server was fantastic and took care of us and our varied needs as we had people trickle in as our stay continued. The thai... Curry wings were fantastic and not at all spicy in a detrimental way. And apparently Thursdays are buy one get one free forboneless chicken wings. They might have more of a schedule to how that works so don't quote me on it. Read more

Came here on our search for the best fried pickles in town and instead we found the worst everything. The only thing in this... entire $68 meal that was actually worth consuming was the salad and the margaritas. No flavor on the pickles, no salt on thechips, and the fries and sandwiches had obviously been sitting under a heat lamp for a while cause they were so stale and stiffI was cringing every time I tried to take a bite. Also we waited for a ridiculous amount of time between everything. Waiting togive our order, waiting for our appetizers, waiting for our food, waiting for our check, waiting for the waitress to take mymoney?..all of these were ridiculously huge wait times. I was so bored I could cry. All around a garbage experience and willdefinitely not be going back. Read more
