They sell books, like lots of books. It's like a library but you actually buy the books. You want a book about snakes, they... probably have it. You want to read the latest Harry Potter spin-off book? They have you covered. You want to own a hardcovercopy of The Silmarillion? They got your back. We drive over 75 miles to get to a Barnes & Noble and it's always worthwhile. A person can find everything just about. Such a... wonderful selection. Between my husband and I, we bought 6 books total. We will always go back. Read more
This seems like the best Barnes & Noble in Montana so far! The ones is Missoula and Great Falls are also great, but for whatever... reason, this one felt even better. The classics section was much better stocked it seemed, and they had a robust selection ofbooks. They also had movies for sale, which I never have seen before at B&N, and they had some cute Studio Ghibli items forsale. Only bummer about this one compared to others is it looks like there isn't a restroom here, so I had to go into the mainmall to find a restroom, which isn't super close. Read more
I took my 5 year old granddaughter for her 1st visit to B&N. She loved it and left with two Owl Diary books.
Customer service in magazine section is absolutely AWFUL who this gal I'll call her was trained by or for that matter raised by... needs to re- evaluate. No people skills not helpful, not nice, sounds like a man, rude and very verbally short that should beenough. Although management said they would talk to her and address they did most likely said be nice and helpful and left itthere. People if she's like this with me she will be with others by the way can't do a magazine return ( got a scolding ) fortrying . Read more
The selection here is a bit smaller than your typical "city" B&N. Staff is friendly and helpful for what's offered. There is a... coffee shop inside and there is an entrance into the rest of the mall inside. Fairly large affordable movie aisle and agenerous area for kids and board games. Read more
