Just went for the first time in years and was really disappointed. First of all, it?s very expensive. I got the cheapest meal,... plain roast beef sandwich and two small kids meals. They forgot my kids? drinks and gave me the wrong sandwich which I ended upthrowing away as I really disliked it. I could have gone to either McDonald?s or Wendy?s and received better food, service andspent half the amount of money. I spent $20 and could have gone to Wendy?s for $12. I won?t make that mistake again. Read more

This once great location has been killed by covid. I have driven 15 miles round trip on multiple locations only to have the... location closed when it says it?s open. Either pay your employees more or shut down. Waste of a building as well as its neverand will never be open for dining in again?.sad to see happen but a great opportunity for another restaurant as the location isgreat. Read more
Went yesterday for lunch. Had sign on drive through they would open at noon - it was already ten minutes after. Waited for... another 20 minutes before a gal came out to remove sign saying it was from yesterday. Removed sign, turned around and went backinside without saying another word. We left!! Tried again almost a week later and sign said closed 4-5 due to lack ofemployees. Waited once again for 1/2 hour - nobody showed up. I suggest closing this store. Read more

I know the lobby is closed. I tried knocking, but for minutes they were oblivious. Then finally with their attention grabbed... they would not see what was up by coming to me. If someone were dying or in an emergency, you can count on the Arby's crew notto give an F. As a customer, I'm outraged at this. It was my first day door dashing, and I did not know they didn't allow lobbypick up. It would have been nice to at least see a sign outside explaining their delivery pickup policy. I went two days in a row and each time I went right after 1:00 they were out of roast beef. Not sure how an Arby's runs out of... roast beef but after two attempts I stopped trying to go would not recommend. Read more
