Ordered online and had a 30minute wait time, showed up to the store and the entrance door is locked with other customers waiting... outside confused. Terrible. Just plain terrible. Not the quality I remember from other Wingstops. Customer service was atrocious. No organization,... no communication. Just a bunch of kids who don't seem to want to be there. Order took 20 minutes longer than what the longesttime was given. No one there spoke to any of the customers. Area marked for pick up wasn't being used. I ordered a combo with adrink, finally get my food, no drink. Had to ask for it. Then they just hand me a cup and say get it yo self. They couldn't havesaid something for the 20 minutes I was standing there? Then I get home to eat, probably the worst wings I've ever had inBoynton. Garlic Parmesan were basically oil and parmesan. Fries were way salty and mostly just burnt pieces of potato skins. Ifthis is the product they're going to put out, they won't be open long. Especially not with 5 other competitors with superiorfood within a few blocks. Will never go back. Do yourself a favor, go elsewhere. Read more
Every single customer was waiting on their order, took 10 minutes for staff to even acknowledge my existence and take my order.... Fountain drink machine leaking water all over their floors, our sense of urgency to get it fixed. Watched multiple customerswalk out because of the lack of care and long wait. Truly gross. Horrible experience. First time there I will never go back. Ordered online at 5 for 6:30 pick up. When I got there waited... another 45 min for my food. Absalutely incompetent workers. After I got home food was horrible they didn't put my 2 dressings inthat I paid for. Sat there for 45 minutes watching no leadership young kids cooking food goofing around. If I could give this place zero stars I would. To start this place just has the worst service I?ve ever seen and what I?ve... received multiple times wouldn?t even be considered service. I have been here two times and I ordered a 10 piece boneless wingboth time. Both times I then had to wait OVER TWO HOURS to receive my order even though the store was not busy at all and fullystaffed. Even worse every time I tried to talk to a staff member to get clarity on what was the issue, no one made an effort totalk to me or any customers waiting. They just looked at our order, shrugged, and then appeared to go back to looking like theywere doing stuff without actually doing anything. After finally getting my food I was even annoyed by what I got. The wings werenot even hot and barely had any sauce on them at all which in two hours you should be able to at least make a decent wing. Icould?ve raised a chicken and then turned it into wings with the amount of time if felt like I waited. I finally wanted toinform the manager about the experience I had so I sent them an email from one of the business cards I picked up at the storeand not surprisingly I never even got a response which just shows me that no one at this restaurant actually cares at all and atthis point I hope they go out of business so we can get an actual decent place in that storefront. Don't stop at this Wingstop. 45 minutes minimum for order completion. I walked out last night after staff just walked away not... wanting to even take my order. After telling me she had been working ten hours, the young lady who eventually agreed to take myorder told me my 50 wings would take an hour or more. That probably meant 90 minutes to two hours. Called an order in online. It was ready on time, and I was greeted immediately by staff upon arrival. I was not sure if the... order was in my name or my girlfriend, so they helped me resolve it and find the correct food. We had the medium and Hawaiianflavors. I thought the chicken was cooked well and the texture was fine, but was not in love with the Hawaiian flavor remindedme a bit of bbq with a tropical hint to it. I usually love to get their 6 pc wing w/fries and sauce, but my last visit Sunday was terrible! The wings had hot sauce, I... ordered mild. My fries were burnt to a crisp, I couldn't even eat them and I got no blue cheese sauce. I don't know if it wasthey were just to busy or what! Their fries are more like potatoes w/the skin and soft.
