Ivan was our bartender & made AMAZINGLY DELICIOUS cocktails. The peach please, whiskey ultimatum, pralinato & blind swine are... highly recommended. My wife and I visited Sweetwater for the first time this weekend and we really enjoyed the food and drinks. It's a small... establishment, but not too small. It's also not too noisy - so many places like this have horribly loud music. We were seated atthe bar after just a minute or two, and the staff behind the bar was excellent - very friendly and attentive with excellentsuggestions for food. My wife had the mahi dish they recommended and it was very good. I had the wagyu burger and it was perhapsthe best burger I've had in years. They have an excellent bar, with many creative cocktails, but I just had Angel's Envy, whichI was pleased to see they had. Parking is free and very good in the garage behind the restaurant. The first time I went I didn?t even see it from the street it?s a true hidden gem. The craft cocktails are soooo goodalthough I have been stuck on besitos lately.
