I highly dislike leaving negative reviews as one bad experience shouldn?t rule out an entire companies values. This was an... exception of my entire experience from the initial order to receiving the order. Wont order Popeyes food for a long timestrictly because of this location. Overall terrible experience. Food was undercooked, staff was rude and wasted my time. Had tocall 4 times just to get ahold of someone at the store. Staff claimed they couldn?t add extra sauce to sandwiches because theirmanager said they aren?t allowed to do that anymore. Not to mention there was barely any sauce on the sandwiches to begin with.The two sandwiches I ordered were like biting into a piece of rubber and clearly undercooked. Got to the location and asked forsauces on the side for my fries and they said they didn?t have anymore. Poor representation of a company and franchise. I hadn't been here in a while. I had my car detailed & went inside the Boynton Beach Mall to have lunch. The mall food court has... changed a lot. Thank goodness Popeye's is still there. I don't think they'll be leaving anytime. The service was on point. The young lady read back to me my order & everything was correct. I don't remember the name of the young lady that helped me,because her name tag was broken, the name part had fallen off...she was left with just the pinning part.
