My GPS gave me wrong phone number to closest to my location. I told they gentleman my name he says no order, did you call, he... said the number. I looked at my phone gave him the number, he says that's on Federal Highway, way east. But told him what Iwanted, he got it going right away. Worst experience ever at this papa John?s. On Monday July 18th I ordered a pizza at 9:52 I waited 2 hours just to receive the... pizza!!! I called multiple times to check the status as it wasn?t updating online, I couldn?t even talk to someone! Every time Icalled I got hung up on without even speaking with someone. When the pizza finally arrived at midnight! It was cold!!!! Waited 2hours for cold pizza ????. I?ve been waiting for a survey in the email about my experience so I could express all this and Ihaven?t received that either. There wasn?t even an apology for having to wait so long. It truly saddens me to do this as I am a big fan of Papa John's Pizza...just not this location. The last TWO times I ordered... pizza from this specific location for delivery, it took over TWO hours to get my order. When I call, no one answers the phone.Managers don't call back either. The last time I ordered will be my last time...as they delivered an undercooked raw pizza thattook two hours to receive. I have already taken it up with corporate...and corporate doesn't care. They gave me a coupon for afree pizza. Wow...just wow.... This location is run absolutely horrible. They need to shut down, fire everyone, and startover... management included. Read more

I am so upset about this very unpleasant experience. The pizza was delivered with half eaten Jalapeno with carefully and... intentionally removed seal on one side. It seems a delivery guy (Luis? Manager was even confused who delivered) seems tointentionally detach the seal and put that half eaten Jalapeno back into the box during this serious Pandemic period. When Itried to open the box, I glanced through and could not find a seal on one side but didn't pay too much attention until I foundthat eaten Jalapeno inside the box. Unfortunately that was even after my family including two kids almost finished the firstpiece. I hope this is not related to Asian hate crime. I talked to a manager and he said he asked his employees and thedeliveryman, and they all said no about this and the manager insisted he has to trust his employees. I will seek for both alegal advice and post this incidence on SNS with all pictures taken unless the head office does take proper actions regardingthis matter. I kept the Jalapeno for DNA testing if necessary and the removed seal for potential fingerprint. Especially I am soconcerned about COVID infection due to potential spitting in the food.
