Chris the so called manager on duty on 10/15/22 was arguing with me about the portion size of chicken i ordered on my baja bowl.... I paid for extra and I did not receive the extra chicken. I told him I order this same bowl all the time and 4 strips of chickenis not extra! Then he said I made it so it was extra chicken put on it! Please take your service to another Panera bread! I wasin the area and stop to this one but never again I will continue taking my service to the one on woolbright and federal. Veryrude and don?t give you what you pay for! Read more
Visited this Panera for breakfast and I will not be returning. From the cashier to the folks who clean up the tables the... attitudes are horrible. I understand the world is understaffed and most of us are over worked but this is another level. Wrongorders, missing items, blame game and 15-20 minutes to rectify mistakes on orders created internally. Read more

Deceptive staff, poor customer service and management will openly lie to your face. Portions are not controlled and product is... often over baked. If you like Panera, do yourself a favor and go to a better operated store. Read more
