Waited in line to order at the one working kiosk. Waited 20 mins for food. This poor guy that wanted to pay with cash waited as... long as I did to just to place an order. The manager told him he had to wait or use the kiosk. Then apparently someone she knewcame in the lobby and she has time to talk to him back and forth. If you don?t care about customer service anymore. Just don?thave a lobby. Read more
I stopped at this location on my home and entered the drive thru. upon arriving at the menu board the person on the was like"... can i take your order" in a very sour, sulky voice . Sounded like a spoil child who couldnt have their own way. Upon arriving atthe paying window the same person was there. She was looking so sour and sulky. I even said hello and the look i got was as if iwas an insect that was to be stepped on quickly. I gave a 3 star because when i went to the pick up window the young man wasvery polite and welcoming. I even had to ask him what was wrong with the young lady at the first window. I had hopes for this location. It's nearby my house and on rare occasion I make poor choices and go through the drive thru. 90%... of the time the employees are so rude, even though I'm nice and ask "how there are doing" at the microphone. The fries arealways cold. They often screw up my order. When I ask for no pickles on my burger I end up with pickles, and every time I orderchicken nuggets I ask for honey and I specifically say can I please have honey not honey mustard. 9 times out of 10 I end upwith either no sauce or honey mustard. A couple weeks ago I called to talk to the manager, the new person that's being trainedwas very pleasant and the guy that was training him was the opposite and that yet again my order was messed up. The manager waseven more rude than the employees. Pretty much nobody at this location takes any sort of pride in their work, if you don't likeyour job go work somewhere else. Read more
I went to the one on military trail and Atlantic in Delray Beach. Online app is useless. Don't receive orders, orders are... wrong. Food is cold. Worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Tries several times same results Read more

No self-service drink station, friendly staff, music a little loud, one outlet open to charge your phone, constant beeping from... the kitchen. Self order kiosks and display of which orders are being served make ordering easy. Decorating seems rather"warehouse chic." Read more
Do NOT go through the drive thru here whatever you do. They will intentionally mess up your order. For instance I ordered an... egg and sausage biscuit with a piece of cheese added. I got an egg McMuffin with pieces of bacon. Who does that??? They areeither complete idiots or just doing it on purpose. Placed a mobile order and after waiting 10 minutes after checking in at curbside, I came in to get my order. Except the employee... had come out to my car. She eventually found me and gave me my order, but unfortunately for my child who ordered the Happy Meal,I didn't confirm the order was correct. It wasn't until I got home that I realized the burger was missing and when I went backto the store it took a further 5 minutes after bringing it to the attention of staff to get the correct order.
