One of the worst experiences in the library/restaurant services/ever. I heard some wings and a large pizza. I got a little box... consisting of a tiny pizza. Luckily it is not enough to put this dispute in with my credit card company who did who was incontact with me and agreed and decided not to pay them. Pizza is good but today there was a young girl at the register taking orders and she was too busy talking and joking with two... other girls placing an order not minding at all that were 6 other people inside waiting to pickup and place their order, the guyin the back making the pizza kept shaking his head while looking at the front of the store noticed that she was being totallyoblivious to other customers the worse customer service experience ever I have received there at that store the manager needs tore train her on customer service and possibly a write up so she can realize the importance of customer service and reviews to abusiness Read more
So the employees super helpful and polite. The food not that great? It?s better looking then domino?s but domino?s actually has... more flavor and I hate dominos pizza. It took me an hour to use their app to place an order system kept kicking me out, so thatwas stressful. Just so I can get the 25% discount, I don?t mind spending money on take out because We only eat out like once amonth, I cook everyday. A co worker told me about this place and he was like oh it?s great but he eats everything and anythingso I took a gamble. I was really hungry I work all day and I only had coffee and fruit earlier so I know I was hungry and it wasstill a 2 at best. The thin crust was like card board The thick was nice but no flavor and we got all meat on that one Thechicken wings were cooked nice but again no flavor and he tasted like cheap water down pre made buffalo sauce, even the bluecheese had no flavor and the bbq Wings were bland. Nothing special. The pizza cook is a very hard worker as I observed him while I was waiting. I ended up waiting 15 minutes... before I asked the counter guy "hey where's my order?" and it was sitting on the counter the entire time. Read more
Parking is typically available in this lot. My order was ready very quickly, in 15 minutes! It?s only 10.99 for a large cheese... pizza (pictured below) without a deal! Amazing value, taste, & service. Thomas took my order & was a delight: efficient &amiable! Read more
We like Marco's and usually order at least one or twice a month. So far we love it there. But tonight is an off night. I wish... I had taken pictures of the pizzas before everyone dug in. But we were hungry. We ordered 4 pizzas for delivery. Out of the4, 3 had a 2 inch crust. 2 inch crust on a medium sized pizza is like half the pizza. I called Marco's because it was just tooridiculous. I spoke to the manager, but she seemed blase about the incident and just said sorry. I hope they keep up theirstandards, because one more incident like this and we'll search for a new pizza place. Like Pizza Rox maybe? Read more
