Jupiter Donuts is a great spot for breakfast and donuts. The service is usually as good as the food, but not today. I walked... into the store and the line was 3 deep. To make matters worse, the guy behind the counter wasn't in a particular rush when itcame to client service. After standing in the same spot for 5 minutes, I asked if there was more counter help available. What Iheard from him was that there were 2 employees working the line, which by the way was now 7 deep. But his colleague at thecounter was busy filling shelves with donuts. I asked the lone attendant what was more important, helping waiting clients orfilling shelves with donuts that were already full? Of course, the answer should be helping waiting clients, but this point waslost on the counter attendant. At the end of the day this issue is common in many places like Jupiter Donuts. By the time I gotto the front of the line, paid for 2 bacon, egg and cheese sandwiches and 2 donuts, the bill was $22. The food at Jupiter Donutsis always great, but until they begin to put some management process in place to efficiently handle customers, I will thinktwice about going back. Read more

First and foremost, I would like to recognize Denise and Irene for doing such a magnificent job on a last minute project we had... for our facility. We asked for donuts with purple icing and they went above and beyond (starting @1AM) to make these wonderfultreats. Our staff loved the donuts and their faces lit up at the designs. I stumbled across this AMAZING donut shop in Boyton Beach Monday to surprise my coworkers with a tasty treat and this place is... like no other!!!! I was greeted with a friendly smile by a lovely woman Denise who helped me pick a variety of these delightfuldonuts. I was a little overwhelmed but the wide array of freshly baked and decorated donuts but, Denise did not steer me wrong!Let me say, each one of these donuts were demolished in minutes!!! I also grabbed a quick latte for my drive and Denise must dosomething special because I have never tasted a latte like this in my life. This place puts all chain places to shame!! Had to try the ?famous? Jupiter donuts. There?s a few highs, but a lot of lows unfortunately. The highs: Amazing apple fritter... and cinnamon roll. Both massive and well made. The normal donuts are better than Dunkin and are worth the price The lows: The?filled? donuts are not very filled at all. They have a small drop of creme or fruit filling and the rest is just dough. Verydisappointing for the way they represent them in photos. Additionally, I?m not sure who?s voting or doing the taste testing ontheir coffee but I wouldn?t take a cup even if it was free. Meh... I first encountered a musty smell upon entering. Kind of a turn off. I got an egg sandwich on an everything bagel. I... was disappointed I couldn't substitute the American cheese. The sandwich was just average. I did get a donut which was good.Overall, I will not be going back for their egg sandwich. Read more
