Reviews for Five Guys in Boynton Beach, FL
The 5 guys was on point. We went for the fries, I thought they were a tiny bit stingy on the large fries--the whole idea was to... go there and split the fries. They were great any way. Forgot to get the Cajun seasoning-they had some on the side for us. Endedup getting a burger and a dog. Bacon on each. Messy as hell but this place in the only place that gives you enough napkins. Iwas happy and satisfied after having lunch there. Read more
I have been going out of my way to drive to this location in Boynton Beach for months. The burgers are so much better at this... location, its worth it. It doesn't matter what time of day either. The food/service there is so consistently good/better, that Ifelt compelled to walk up to the manager and ask for his name (Alex), and commend and thank him. Read more
They drop fries on The bottom of your bag like it is some sort of trash. Why they even bother to put cups in the bag.
Still the very best burger I have had in years. You pay for a very good freshly made hamburger and you get all the toppings you... want for free. The fries are freshly cut from real potatoes and the serving is very generous. I've been to some of the other newones, but the only thing that is better than five guys is the fact that their prices are higher if you want to call that betterbut I guess it is for them. Read more
Very good service. The cashier was very friendly and was very helpful, told us everything we needed to know. Large fries fed our... family of 4 and could feed bigger families! Go here you won?t regret it. Great place will come here next vacation. Read more
UPDATE: Not happy with my purchase. Where's my fries? And no, they aren't under the burgers. I checked. Burger orders had... toppings that weren't requested. My favorite place to grab a burger. There's always an overflow of fries. The young lady atthe register was really nice. Read more
The customer service is excellent! The restaurant was clean and inviting. There were several people waiting on their food were... who seemed to be very nice and not loud. The food is delicious. The burger wasn?t dry or over cooked, it was well seasoned andthe sesame bun was soft. The fries where not too greasy and tasted like organic potatoes. The sprite, well, it tasted likesprite but I like the fact the machine gives you an abundance of choices to choose from. Over all, I had a great experience andI would recommend Five Guys to my friends and family members. Read more
I am giving Five Guys 3 1/2 stars. A while back it would have been higher but 2 or 3 out of the last 5 visits we have been... served french fries that were barely warm (and the latest visit barely salted). The cheeseburger has always been good... and itshould be for $10! I've tried the smaller cheeseburger and it is just not the same taste as the regular size. My wife and Iusually split a burger, french fries and a drink and it runs about $20. Not the cheapest burger place to eat in town but wewould visit for the consistency (which as mentioned, has not been there lately on the fries). Some visits we find the tablesand floors to be sticky, so the staff could give a bit more attention to cleaning... (never feels 'nasty', juststicky). Certainly, they are slower than the fast food burger places.. and rightly so.. since the burgers are cooked to order.I do not mind the wait time. If they do a better job keeping the place CLEAN, and the fries HOT (!).. we will visit more often. Hot fries = (-: Warm fries = )-: Read more
