Iced coffee here is MORE expensive here than many other nearby locations, AND the coffee is NEVER consistent! Today's cup tastes... completely watered down...not acceptable when these large iced coffees (here) cost $3.52/cup. Also, the staff are always"grumpy" and stressed. Finally, there are groupies that hang outside and SMOKE their stinky cigarettes. One must walk throughthose disgusting clouds of smoke to get inside. I now quit this location once and for all. I was having issues using the app so I went in to speak to the manager. He advised me that it was me and not the app and I had... no idea what I was doing. I give this Dunkin' donuts a lot of business once a month with my job as well as my orders. I wentover to the Dunkin' donuts on gateway by high ridge and the girl there was so pleasant and helped me. A newer employee should not argue with you when you order an iced latte and you receive it and complain because it?s primarily... milk with very little espresso. Their response was it has milk in it. I?ve had many many iced lattes before and know this butalso know it should have a decent amount of espresso in it. The color of it even looked like milk. Read more
Lima and Shahi has the best customer service I have ever experienced. They have a warm smile and very friendly. The line always... move quickly and they make the best coffee full of love. I enjoy coming here so much I pass 2 other locations to come to thisone. The environment is always clean and very comfortable. What an amazing team which reflects on the management. I believe thatthis location has set a standard as a benchmark for all other location. Love the product and service. Lima and Shahi deserves araise or a least a paid vacation. Read more
Dining experience was just fine however it was extremely disappointing to go out of my way to what I thought was a drive-thru... location as I have an injury - and it's marked down on Google maps incorrectly and on Dunkin donuts website that this locationhas a drive-thru, to see infact it does not.
