Watch what you order ants around old milk in machines , nothing properly cleaned drinks made once a day when it should be... changed every 8 hours. Food is relabeled so you don't know how old things are . ROACHES ARE RUNNING AROUND SUGAR ALONG WITH ANTS.Temperatures are up and down on food allowing Bacteria to grow. I wouldn't eat from here with someone else mouth. Worselocation and it's in a hospital . They may send you to a room after consuming spoiled milks and everything else this Dunkin hasto offer. SHUT IT DOWN UNTIL THEY CARE BOUT CUSTOMERS AND THEIR CONSUMING HABITS. Read more

Jordan, the Dunkin Barista, is the BEST person? She makes the tastiest Matcha Lattes. Above all else she always has a great... attitude. We appreciate her presence. Read more

Gentlemen working vigilantly at Bethesda's DD are amazing. I'm completely distraught over all this pain & misery that brought me... here, to the ER, but smiling faces, coffee donuts earned these guys my only $5 bill (I'm not a rich guy, but they had a line andkept it moving with a positive attitude! ) Read more

Their coffee kicks Starbucks coffee's butt. Bottom line. The frozen version is wonderful. The donuts are a tradition you must... enjoy now and then. Read more

Rochelles art is nothing short of PHENOMENAL! Her use if colors & light jump off the canvas & remain indelibly on your... mind....forever. I've been very familiar with her work for about 20 years now, and I've had the privilege of watching her giftgrow and expand in ways I hadn't expected. I do wish she had a better platform for her work because it's really something thatshould be shared, or at the vey least experienced globally. Her art is truly a national treasure! Read more

I have been staying at the Bethesda hospital for a few days now, since my father is having open heart surgery. Not the best time... in our lives. Due to this, we have been coming to this restaurant for breakfast, lunch, and often diner. From the first day, wenever experienced a single smile. Every single time, we were treated careless, rushed, and in a disrespectful manner. The ladymanager on our second visit proceded to argue with me in regards to beverage she did not charge, and wanted me to go to the backof the line to pay for it instead of charging me right away. She also continued to make remarks after the conversation was over, and we were waiting for our order. On another day, one of the crew members purposly interrupted me everytime I was sharing myorder. We had family fly in from overseas for the surgery, and most of them do not speak English properly, the team made it verydifficult and uncomfortable to order and communicate, every time. I never had such a disgraceful experience at a dunking donuts.Specially in a location where you have to be the up most sensitive and respectful to the clients, since they are not at leisure. I hate this Dunkin? Donuts staff. I?ve been in this hospital in and out over a period of several months. They are very... disfunctional , rude , and unprofessional. They rather crack jokes amongst themselves than serve customers waiting in line.Customers have to ask multiple times for the items they want. The donuts , coffee, and food are all great; no complaints in thatmatter. I just hope to see a more polite and professional staff soon. Read more
