I took my mom on Mother?s Day. The staff was very detached and the young lady that served me was very dismissive and acted as... though she had enough and didn?t want to be there. If I heard correctly, the girl's name that took care of me tonight is Alexa. She was AWESOME. It was busy (as usual) and she was... SO quick and remembered everything topping/ingredient I wanted without having to even tell her twice. My sister had a new gift card the young lady said it would not scan when this normally happens the cashier will manually key in... the numbers this cashier would not gave the card back to my sister and cancelled her order in my book that is rude service andunprofessional. Wife had a gift card so we went for dessert tonight. We used to be regulars when kids were small. Place has not changed much... could use an update. Outside tables could have used a wiping down. I get it ice cream melts and it's messy but needs to bedone. The girls working were àll very attentive and helpful. My wife got a sample of a new ice cream with no issues. She gotgotta love it size marble cake batter ice cream with brownies and caramel in a waffle cone. Shocker it was to big to finish. Igot a gotta love it size as well ( I finished mine) banana ice cream with graham cracker crust and caramel sauce. We frequently get ice cream from this location. We most often order online and pickup to-go. Prices are decent, and if enrolled... in the rewards program you get coupons to apply to your orders. I don't recall exactly how much you have to spend, but you get$5 off the next order after you spend a certain amount. Makes it worth it. You do get $5 off immediately after signing up whichwas nice.
