Dylan the ? manager ? refused to allow me to customize my açaí bowl. He refused to even when I showed him that on his menu and... it says all açaí bowls are fully customizable. I was highly dissatisfied and disappointed that he?s the manager. I really hopeI am able to reach the owner about my concerns. I?ve ordered the SAME EXACT açaí bowl from BAHIA BOWLS for the last 7 months.I have LITERALLY spent over $1000 at this establishment. I HAVE NEVER had a problem customizing my açaí bowl ever before untilthe day met DYLAN your manager. I hope he can be replaced by someone who actually WANTS YO WORK.
