This location is definitely in need of help, I am disappointed in the service. They don't have a decent manager working here and... all they have to do is make pretzels like come on. It's not that hard!!! I won't be coming back here! Read more
Ordered online twice and both times it was a fail! Just don't do it, the items aren't fulfilled, and if you call for a refund... they just tell you they are busy and you can come back another time... like excuse me. When this location learns customerservice and has a decent manager that's not willing to disrespect and STEAL from customers it will operate better until then, tata! Read more
Waited 15 minutes for them to greet me and everytime I go they never have pretzels and always try to upsell on the nugget... pretzels and then they caught a nasty attitude laughing saying you just don't come at the time we have pretzels and said theydon't make pretzels everyday for people...this franchiser should sell his location because they have the worst service that Ihave ever experienced.
