When I arrived there were 2 people in front of me. We arrived at 716. When we finally received our coffee it was 726. The reason... it took so long was there were only 2 people running the show. Both were very pleasant and still provided service with a smile. Kudos to the 2 employees with great attitudes. Read more
I used to come to this dunkin every morning . The morning people are great. Came here this afternoon and the girl over the drive... thru speaker was rude and seemed like I was bothering her? I ordered my drink and then went to go order food and she told methey don?t serve hot food after 12pm?????? I used to work at dunkin, and even though that was a while ago, I can?t see thatbeing accurate. If I am, I will change/delete my review. I told her Nevermind and left. First time he got the pup cup. We have been at this place many times, we love the food and drinks. The staffs and services are... very perfect. This place use to be good but it's gone downhill. First, reduced hours to 3pm. Ok, I get there is a labor shortage, that's... OK. Next, they close the dining are and ordering from inside the building except for mobile and kiosk ordering. Ok, I guessthat's also because of the labor shortage. So I go to order from the kiosk. While I'm ordering breakfast food for my family andcoffee, they call out to me that they aren't serving hot food. ???? There are 4-5 teenagers standing in a circle laughing andjoking around behind the counter, and they aren't able to serve hot food? I work at Sheetz, we will have 3 people on a shift andstill be able to fulfill all food, drink, and cashier orders. And they can't serve hot food with 5 people???? That's poormanagement and laziness. Never coming to this branch again. Try the one out in the old Sonic in winchester or near the TacoBell. Great, friendly kids and fast service. Read more
This Dunkin' is the best! I have been going here every morning for about a month now because it is on the way to my son's park.... Normally they always get my order right, yesterday they didn't. The coffee they gave me was delicious so it was no bigdeal. Today, they remembered they got my order wrong yesterday without me saying a word and to make it right they gave me mydrink for free! Cash was closed so you had to order via the touch screen kiosks. One of them wouldn't recognize anyone's touch and the other... mostly worked, until it took a dozen taps to select your payment method. More people gave up in frustration than successfullyordered. There was no hand sanitizer available in a place that required touch screen use! Read more
