Fast food restaurants are known for consistency. Unfortunately lately many of them have been consistent with being overpriced,... missing ingredients on an order and in my case dry burnt chicken served at bowmanville Wendy's. To Wendy's management...peoplewant better. Where's the quality. Read more
Great customer service! Went to drive through and didn?t realize they didn?t put 3 orders of fries in the bag until we got home.... Called the store and an employee delivered the fries to my door in Courtice!! Unexpected but thankful I didn?t have to make thetravel back. Read more

Ordered and paid for 2 burgers and 3 packs of 4 piece nuggets from the drive thru . 1 pack of nuggets was missing from my order.... Kids were upset and It was too late to drive back. Staff should check the order for accuracy before handing out the bags. Also,the nuggets were very hard. Read more
