Went through the drive through and got the wrong order. Then went inside to correct our order and they didn?t bother to refund... or anything. So we had to pay for both sandwiches even though one of the sandwiches we didn?t want. I know that any other Timswe would?ve went to would have refunded us or gave us the sandwich we actually wanted for no cost. Read more

It really shows when owners/management don't care enough to make sure everything on the menu is available on a regular basis.... And also reflects poorly when you don't have enough employees but your employees are constantly be overworked and you as theemployer choose to leave both lanes in the drive thru open and take endless mobile orders to further overwork an understaffedbusiness. I come here almost everyday and anything beyond a coffee/tea and donut/muffin is at least a 10 minute wait afterordering. Nothing against the employees. (Except that old baker dude that is always slowly wandering around, taking his time andhelping none of the staff that are rushing around him constantly) There is clearly not enough staff here and probably alsobecause of that lazy baker, I am constantly being told that they are out of things like everything bagels, chicken for thewraps, very common types of donuts, muffins and cookies, ice coffee AND cold brew (both of them during July multiple times aweek?!?!) The worst part is after changing your order, sometimes multiple times because of the lack of food they seem to haveavailable.. you wait and wait and wait and then they get the order wrong.. because they are working at a frantic rate. It's soslow that I have not bothered with the drive thru in over 3 months and now I usually get a coffee and go somewhere else forfood. Read more

This will be the 1st time I've ever given a great review to a Tim Hortons and I've been to every one in Durham and Scarborough... without exception! This evening around 9:30pm I decided to take my lovely wife home a coffee and a muffin. Ist choice on themuffin, "Carrot." As my luck would have it, they were out of Carrot. But, and this is important, Keagan a young man actuallymade colourful alternative suggestions and brought comedy and fun to what would/should have been an irritating disappointment.He choice for her BTW was perfect! On going to pay, I was greeted by Deena who was amazingly friendly and cheerful andastoundingly polite. (Parents, you did a good job!) She made the exchange a fun event. Worst Tim Hortons I have ever been to. Not only is the service incredibly slow, but I have also come here on several occasions... (between 6-7am) and they have told me they don?t have any food. This includes breakfast sandwiches, donuts, bagels, etc. theyapparently only serve drinks. No where does it state that food items are not available before a certain time. This isridiculous. What coffee shop that advertises breakfasts/food, but doesn?t have food available in the mornings? Needs bettermanagement! Read more

Two lanes for drive through although sometimes one of them is closed off. A couple times I have been through and they've been... short staffed and so had to close the drive through early. One time as well a staff was making jokes and swearing quite a bitbut was told to be more respectful by a customer. Other than that, no problems. I like the seating area here as well, plenty ofspots and spread out nice. Read more

Worst Tim Hortons, from the layout of the store and drive-thru to the complete gong show of service. The manager is running a... circus of employees who are slow and incompetent. Poor communication, multiple wrong orders. All the effort is focused on thedrive-thru and mobile orders while INSTORE patrons wait for up to 20 min. Read more

This location has a SEVERE understaffing issue, maybe they aren't offering people a living wage but they definitely need to hire... more people. There was a huge lineup in the drive thru so I went in, waited 10 minutes for my wrap to be made only to discoverthat it was made wrong! They never have the 2nd drive thru open, not sure why they even installed a second one, and i've gonethere multiple times at 7:30am to find the doors locked! I go here because its close to my gym and I go right from work but idkif its just the staffing or if they just have a hard time prioritizing what people should be doing? Read more
