For the past month or 2 it has been painfully slow taking my whole 15 min break to get a tea and a donut and the tea is wrong... 50% of the time. The staff are nice but the whole thing is way too slow and disorganized. Spend 90% of their time taking mobile orders instead of taking orders from being standing in line , super ignorant , took 15... mins to order a single coffee.. Read more
This place is by far the BEST tim hortons I have ever been to. They have never, not even once messed up my order and usually... other Tim Hortons have off days where the coffee is not great but every single coffee I get served here taste fantastic as italways should be. I will go out of my way to go to THIS Tim Hortons. It's By far the best Tim Hortons in Bowmanville. Read more
Normally the service is good, the people are nice, but today, I watched the lady count money then took an order then stuck her... hands in the bag to open it and didn't even wash her hands first, then grabbed gloves, was touching the outside of the gloveswith her hands that she still hadn't washed. Like wash your hands after counting a counter full of change! Read more

Machines are always "broken" Recently ordered 2 White Hot Chocolates, only to be told the machine was broken. Yet I could order... a hot chocolate or a French Vanilla just fine........all made with the same machine. Could it be the staff is just too lazy todo their job? Happens to be broken more often than not. Also seem to have the same problems with the Iced Capp machine. Read more
It?s a good spot if you?re visiting the store but selection is limited and it can be busy. Ordering on the app is a better... option but be careful with the foods you order as they may not have it in stock and you?ll end up waiting longer. Read more
