Hands down one of the worst Tim Horton locations along the highway in Southern Ontario. Slow and incompetent doesn?t begin to... describe this location. The layout of the drive thru is just horrible. If there?s 5 cars in front of you, be ready to wait atleast 20 minutes. I usually pick up breakfast at this location. It?s a 50/50 chance they get even one of the items correct. Ipicked up a breakfast wrap yesterday with bacon, only to find out they forgot the bacon. And then today went to get breakfastand got the response ?we don?t have breakfast today?. This location is usually a pain. Parking lot sucks, drive they is packed and people can figure out the lines on the road. Orders... are usually fine and they have plenty of options but it?s just so awkward all the time. I believe it?s back to 24 hours thoughwhich is good Read more
Beautiful and interesting mix of Tim's history of designs. The late 90s early 2000s Tim's Wendy's Combo but open concept with... bright lights and large windows. Both restaurants are using their modern interior decor which still functions well together.Staff are friendly. Drive thru is busy but moves well. Read more
This Tim Hortons is the absolute worst one I have ever gone too! The staff are complete jerks so rude for no reason. The line is... always so long they are so slow. Always have to wait 10 minutes to get through drive-thru or more. Don't ever go there if you'rein a rush. If there was a zero star out of five I would give it. Always try to avoid this Tim Hortons if I can. They always getthe order wrong. JUST SO AWFUL! Read more
Thank god for the ability to leave the Drive-Thru halfway. Just sat for 14 minutes to get a coffee and didn?t make it past the... halfway mark. Unsure if staffing issue or people ordering 10 meals but won?t return. Read more
This is now the 3rd time I?ve been to Tim Hortons this month 1st and 2nd time was around 10pm I asked for a deli sandwich? but... the kitchen was closed. I asked staff about it when I went during the day and they said it should be open 24 hours. I show upagain at 10 and the kitchen is closed? I explained I?ve already been through this and it supposed to be open so why is it closedand I was told ?we don?t have deli training? I don?t know how much training you need for making a sandwich? it?s a poor excusefrom staff and management not training them to toast a bun, and throw some meat, lettuce and tomato and a dollop of mayo. Yourright off the highway for a reason, so people can get off and on quickly when needing a drink or food. I could understand thisexcuse if it was 12/1 maybe but not at 10pm. Read more

The only reason I am giving this place three stars is because of the amazing customer service of the younger staff. I don?t come... to this location often but every time I do the one person who stands out to me is Brenda. Not In a good way.. I am sure she is alovely lady outside of work however she is very rude to interact with behind the counter. I happen to sit in today to catch upon some work, and the things I heard her saying/ tone of voice used toward the younger staff is brutal! Even still they carry onwith a positive attitude which is incredibly admirable. The taller gentleman working on the till was kind, personable and fast.I only spoke to him for a few moments so it really shows how much of genuine service he showed! Most of us already know how hardit is to work in the food industry and be treated rudely by customers on a regular basis. But to be mistreated and disrespectedcontinuously from within your team is disgraceful. Furthermore I noticed regardless if my bagel is double toasted, it?s alwaysmushy which is weird, I saw her double toast it so maybe the temperature of the toaster is off? The lady on food was super quickand friendly tho! My donut was also very soft which I appreciated so shout out to the baker! Read more
