Look no further when you have a family event that needs good food, whether it be a catered event or just a "pick up" and do it... yourself kind of thing. I hosted a birthday party for my mother, for 20 people, and Stuttering John's did not disappoint! Weordered the Brisket, Smoked Chicken, mac and cheese, baked beans, coleslaw, German potato salad, and the cornbread ...everything was amazing! I needed it for Sunday, but they're closed, and I was a little worried about having it all cooked theday before and reheating but I am telling you it tasted like everything was freshly made. My partner and I recently moved to the area and found Stuttering John's online. My partner and I are always a bit skeptical to... try new places but this place had excellent reviews so we were willing to give it a shot for lunch. From the get go, the ownersGeorgia and John were extremely friendly and sweet. We were welcomed and they offered recommendations. We ended up ordering thebacon, vacuum-sealed pulled chicken and their beef brisket. Everything tasted so delicious and better than any place we've evertried. The brisket is cooked so well, with the sauce it just melts in your mouth. It always feels good supporting a place wherethe owners really care about their customers, and of course, where the food is amazing! HIGHLY recommend!! Read more
