I?ve ordered pickup 3 weeks ago and i was told 25-40 minutes. At 50 minutes they still didn?t have the pizza in the oven. They... were in the weeds and the driver wasn?t coming back to get the orders. While they were bogged down another customer showed upto order a pickup and the girl left the store to go feed and pet the customers dog. I had given them the benefit of the doubtat that point, but when you prioritize leaving the store to pet a dog when you have long running orders I start to loosepatience. I said to my family that I wouldn?t order from there again. Fast forward to tonight, I order for delivery because myson loves the pizza. I was told 40 minutes, it?s been 70 minutes and when I called I?m told The driver left with it and they?rebusy tonight. The pizza arrived and it wasn?t fresh the crust was hard and chewy and tasted like it came out of the oven aconsiderable time ago. I love square boys pizza (Oshawa or Lindsay) but this location is wrecking the reputation of thefranchise. Read more
I've passed by this place more times than I can count. The place looks cool. The logo is cool, storefront is cool and the smell... that comes out of this place is cool. So it goes without saying that when I walked into this place, I feltcool. Unfortunately, the pizza did not taste good. Too much bread, little sauce and cheese. I can't recommend paying. But theperson at the counter was super nice and share with me how at the end of the day, if you walk in, rather than throw the pizzaout, they'll give it to you for free. Much respect to this place. Ordered 2 pizzas online , same toppings One pizza came with only just cheese . Had house of guests and added toppings from... fridge Called store next day and was offered 10 % off next pizza . Was told this can happen sometimes when orderingonline. Leaves you to question that if this happens sometimes , why hasnt this computer glitch been fixed ? Store would notrefund but did say to call in my order next time to avoid computer online errors. So if you want to buy 25 dollars worth ofcheese bread this is the place to go . Ps I wont be ordering pizza from Square Boy Bowmanville again so the the 10% is uselessto me . I didnt call back after the pizza was delivered because I didnt want to ruin a evening with guests .
