Absolutely terrible, it?s like they just gave up! Chicken was so dark you could tell the oil hasn?t been changed in a while, it... was cold, greasy almost like a wet watery texture, fries stone cold, the only good part was the macaroni salad. Last timeordering from KFC Read more
Years ago I would go here regularly and it was pretty good But the last couple years it has went down hill. Still... friendly/helpful staff but the building itself has to have a update quick! Also the food seems greasy and like it's beensitting around for the day or two. I know just go to Mary Browns on the other side of town when I want chicken. Read more
Usually some of the best customer service in Bowmanville the employees are always very nice even when extremely busy! However... more times then not when I go there the oil is burnt or the food quality is overall just bad. The restaurant is also prettygross to be brutally honest. Read more
I've never had a problem with this location food in the past. But the last 2 times have been horrible food. So I gave them thier... last chance tonight and I won't ever go back my fries, popcorn chicken, chicken strips were all cold and gross and my chickensandwhich was absolutely nasty the chicken was like it was sitting there all day and question why they thought that they sellit. Come here standing in the front waiting to be served as employees in the back literally looking at me just ignoring the fact I?m... standing there lol this place is a joke I?m literally watching this guy rub up his sweaty face and touch everything after hesees me catching what he?s doing he hides behind the wall as they continue to complain about customers. I have been eating KFC since the very first restaurant opened in Toronto. Yes, I'm that old. This is THE WORST KFC I have... ever, ever eaten. My husband picked it up tonight from the Bowmanville location. The breading was soggy and burned. Only halfof the pieces had breading on them, the others were bare. See the one in the middle on the photo. The coleslaw had big chunksof carrots in it and tasted off. The gravy was horrible, horrible. I had to cook it on my stove and add spices so it has someflavour. My husband said he heard the person serving him ask the guy cooking the chicken, if it the chicken was all right? Obviously he could see there was something wrong. The bottom of the takeout box broke out when I lifted it up there was so muchgrease. Just awful all the way around. Read more
Loving the famous bacon chicken sandwich. Has been fresh everytime . Only one time they put regular mayonnaise on it but still... taisted good because they put pickles on it . Not sure if the pickles were a mistake but was a pleasant surprise. The fries aresometimes on the warm side but I have a bit of distance to travel before I get home to eat it .
