Our visit to Kelsey’s last night was an all around pisitive experience (good food, good atmosphere etc) but our server,... Katelyn just made the night for us. She is the perfect mix of fun, friendly and enthusiastic, while still remainingprofessional. She was able to get our whole table laughing, and was on top of our drinks and food orders the whole time. Tonight, my family and I went to this location. We were served by a waitress named Kara. I was beyond impressed with how fast... Kara was at her job. She served our family during a very busy night with ease. She was able to get appetizers out immediatelyand our food not long thereafter. Kara was even able to secure us a booth as we requested to switch from a table. Kara, whoeveryou are. You must have been doing this job for a very long time. I can tell you that my family eats out 4 days per week, andwe’ve never experienced such a pleasurable dining atmosphere. Typically, younger waitresses tend to forget to check up ontables or ask if we need anything extra. Not Kara. Experience in this industry goes a very long way. My family will be back atthis location for many years to come. After speaking with the General Manager (Brittany), I praised Kara for a job doneextremely well. My suggestion for whomever owns this restaurant would be to promote Kara and keep staff members who put customerservice at the top of their list. Congratulations Kara and God Bless! Read more

We visited this location after a long day working at the Drive Festival at CTMP. Our server Kara was a delight. She recognized... we needed beverages right away (I guess we looked dehydrated) and brought them quickly. Even though the restaurant was busy shetook our orders promptly and the food was delivered within the expected time frame. Everything was hot and delicious. A friend wanted to go here tonight, so we did. I won’t be returning, though, as it was thoroughly disappointing. This is two... visits in a row that were underwhelming at best. This time, I ordered a curry stir fry with rice. It was something like $18 or$19, and I thought it said it’d come with chicken, or shrimp if I paid an extra $1. I never asked for the shrimp, because Idon’t eat it, but ended up with that. The stir fry was the smallest I’ve ever gotten at a restaurant. This included therice, which was equivalent to a Survivor contestant’s daily ration while on the island. It also didn’t taste all that good,and was far from worth the money or trip. The ones I make at home using bottled sauces are ten times better, and I’m far froma great cook. I ordered fries, too, because I worried the stir fry would be small. I never expected it to be that tiny though.Nor did I expect such a small portion of fries. The waitress was nice, but we rarely saw her and didn’t get salt and pepperuntil well into our meal. That said, she was probably quite busy inside. I won’t be returning. I’d said that after lasttime, when my food was greasy and underwhelming, but this was much more of a disappointing rip-off. Probably one of the best chicken sandwiches I’ve ever had… this was the bacon & cheese chicken sandwich and it was... incredibly tasty. Kettle chips are great too but could use a bit more salt ???? Also, Kelseys has the best spinach dip around. Ihadn’t been to Kelseys in years but will definitely go more often after this incredible meal!
