In 2 months I have been there 5 times trying to get food. The first time I ordered a sandwich with no butter on the bun as I... can't have dairy. The sandwhich was made and it was delicious. However, the next time I went to get food a blonde lady workingthere kept saying "we butter all of our buns ahead of time. " I asked if it was possible to save a couple buns for those whocan't have dairy and I got the same response "we butter all of our buns ahead of time." I left thinking she was being miserableand I've had them make it w/o butter before so she's just being difficult. However, upon 2 more attempts to order a sandwhichor burger (most of their menu items require a bun of some sort) I get the same complete lack of willingness to accommodatesomething as simple as not buttering even ONE bun ahead of time. You could just butter that bun near the end of the day if youneed it lady. Just because you have always done something one way does not mean there isn't a better way. Will not be goingback with my family. There are PLENTY of other places to get what they serve that are far more accommodating to customers. Asked for a family size poutine with extra cheese. The box it was served in literally fell apart and the poutine was just a... disaster and leaking everywhere. The total was $28? when the price list for a family poutine is $16.. shocked that extra cheesewas $12. There was not what I would consider to be extra cheese, let alone enough gravy for the whole thing. Absolute rip off. Read more
Used to have the best fries around. The fries were just soggy brown blobs. The burger was outrageously marked up, small, and... under cooked. Same size as a Jr Cheeseburger, but for $10. Just saying, I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Family fries andtwo burgers for like, $50?? Sorry. Read more

The worst poutine and burger I have ever tasted. The fries were dry and over fried and honestly it takes a lot of efforts to... screw up a simple recipe of poutine .. they don?t use cheese curds in the poutine which is unbelievable.. the burger I orderedwas over cooked and the patty was hard to bite into and they don?t offer any burger sauce .. there are definitely better optionsin the city .. wanted to try this place but never going back again. They are certainly over priced for the quality of food theyserve .. save your money ! Read more
Smallest small fry ever for 4.50$! This is what we got, maybe a handful! Not the best tasting either. Half the fries were the... end pieces of the potato too. Sorry, won't be back. HUGE disappointment, poor quality and definitely not worth when half theprice! Read more
This is by far my favourite place to go for fries. It never takes long, the staff are always pleasant and the prices are great.... This was just a small poutine and I sadly couldn't finish it because I was way to full! Read more
Never had a bad food experience here. Staff is super efficient getting orders in and out. Fish & Chips can't be beat
