Rude, Gen Z servers can't manage basic customer service. I ordered through Uber Eats and received someone else's food, and they... didn't apologize or offer to help get my food back. They told me to contact Uber Eats. Yeah, I get it. You're busy. But youdon't even show any empathy for people. I'm a regular at Copper Branch, and I will never dine there again. Read more

We've ordered Copper Branch through Skip The Dishes numerous times to our work location. We have never been disappointed with... the food, however it has happened twice now where an entire meal has been missing. We always receive a refund, however it stillleaves someone without a lunch... I wish I could give this place more stars, but obviously some steps are being missed. Read more

If you're vegan, it's probably worth it for you. Honestly, I think people force themselves to love it to justify the price tag.... Drinks are better at Starbucks, food bowls are better at Freshii. I've been here 3 times, wait times were atrocious with thenumber of staff behind the counter. Tim Horton's blends their iced capps better (see picture). I love this place. Pretty pricey but great food. Place is always clean and portions are a good size. I love the general Tao bowl... and imitation wings with aioli. Definitely a spot worth checking out! Read more
