Bruh? i ordered on doordash a carnitas burrito and received some bs chicken SALAD. Had them send me a new order and got a... burrito finally but they added guac that i didnt order (i dont like the onions in it) and did not put the salsa i ordered on ithave yet to see any beans on it but i havent finished yet so the buffoon that made it possibly put it all at the bottom likethey did with the sour cream at the top. This location consistently misses the mark with mobile orders. Most times over the last 3 years my order has been late by... anywhere from 15-30 minutes and I've been given the wrong items when the bag had my order receipt on it. Customer servicethrough the app tries to fix things because management here is absolutely useless and does nothing to fix their understaffingissues. I'm done giving this location chances when Qdoba is also nearby, has no extra fees for guac and queso, AND manages toprepare things correctly and on time while treating their employees better. The burrito bowl I ordered was essentially soup. The beans had so much liquid everything was swimming. The chips I ordered were... stale as if several days old without being properly stored. When I went inside to ask for a correction to the online order Imade (because they made the food wrong) I watched the employees dump food that had already been served BACK into the largeserving dishes. This place is in clear violation of food saftey code. Not to mention the abysmal phone system and customerservice they have. They employees told me everything they do comes straight down from corporate and if they do anythingdifferently they will lose their jobs. This place should be shut down. Read more
We were in and out during a trip back to Ohio from Michigan. Ordered ahead and they prepared the order and had it ready by the... selected pickup time. Excellent portion sizes and care to our selections. Great work Chipotle! Read more
We ordered on-line to be ready at a specific time on our way home to Michigan from Cincinnati. Not only was our food ready on... time, but it was correct, they didnt skimp on the toppings and I was able to pick it up and continue with our journey withoutchanging our ETA. Total frauds. Quite happy to take your money for online orders, but unwilling to give you the extra food you ordered. Does... that look like extra steak and extra rice to you? They?re very fortunate to be the only Chipotle in town. Read more
I would leave a 0 if I could, but not necessarily just because of the store. The customer service is a JOKE for pick up orders... because you can?t talk to a human without going back into the store. I never complain on public forums but holy hell this was abad experience. If I could have talked to someone, this would all have been resolved one way or another.
