Tried the mobile order. Went in to get it and they have the lobby locked. Called them and they said go thru drive thru. No we... already paid and will wait out here by the mobile order sign. Waiting and a long haired worker comes and bangs on the door andbelches real loud twice while waiting to get in. I don?t want him touching my food. I want a refund! Wish I could select 0stars. Last time we went there it took 5 minutes or so for someone to take our order and we were the only people in line. The table and... floor next to us was dirty. The food has gone down hill at ALL Taco Bell's. Read more

Slowest place I have ever been to. I have been sitting on the drive thru for about 20 minutes. When I got in line there was only... 4 cars on front of me. I haven't made it to place more order yet. Taco Bell food is good but went to the counter to order and was told to use the Kiosk instead, so made my order there even... though I'm paying with cash. After making my order and selected cash the Kiosk inform me to please proceed to the register counter to pay, I stood there another 5 mins before someone came and ask may I help you? I said yeah I need to pay for my order. What the hell happen to person to person ordering, why couldn't a person take my order like the old days takes 5 mins thistook 15 mins to get my order in, I will not ever step foot into a Taco Bell like this one, you don't want to take my order inperson then you don't need my money and I hope all my followers sees this review and does the same thing don't go if they can'tdo person to person. Pretty quick, as with most places anymore they seem understaffed. But this isn't about that. I've ordered quesadilla's from... other places and always been good. First and last time from Taco Bell.
