It was a Wendy's. Food is pretty universal and it was clean inside. The self serve wasn't open at the time and was... unstocked/needed attention but the drive thru lanes were wrapped around the building!! The worker at the front counter washelpful when I needed something that'd normally be in the self serve station but you can tell she wanted to jump in the back tohelp the team. Staff better!!! This Wendy?s is horrible on night shift but awesome on day shift. Last night we ordered 2 double baconators, 2 medium strawberry... lemonades and a family nugget bucket. We got home and both baconators were single patties.. our fries were hard and little?drenched in salt.. it was like the fries were the last crumbs out of the bag, and the whole bucket of nuggets was extremelydry.. like they were reheated in a microwave or left out for a long period of time. The burgers were great ???? My mom and I were passing through on our way to Nashville. Back home , the Wendy's wasn't very good... so we don't normally go to it anymore , but this time we decided to give it a try . It was late and we were hungry . The frieswere a bit old but the burgers made up for it . I got the son of baconator and it was so good. The bun was soft and fluffy andnot too greasy feeling. The ketchup was sweet and the burger was cheesy . We both finished our burgers not long after that . Itwas great . ???? Read more
Very disappointed.Our fries looked- like they were leftovers, soggy and barely warm. Burgers were over cooked,and not very well... wrapped. The drive-through was busy, I thought the food would of been fresh and hot, but it was far from it. Our food orders atthis particular Wendy's is usually really good. I gave them five stars and a complimentary review, only a few weeks ago. I haveno idea why this experience was so different. Read more
Fast, friendly service. I placed two separate orders, at the same time. I got confused, while, paying. lol But, the drive... through crew, were patient. And worked it all out. Food was fresh and hot. Both orders were correct. I really like the largersoda cups. Read more
The roads in Bowling Green may suck at times but the food rarely dose. This location was quick and has never messed up my order... going through the drive through they always there items ready when driving up to the pick up window. The staff is friendly andalso very helpful when the uncommon Acurance happens and messes up something on your order. They pay the respect back that youpay them and I have always felt extremely satisfied with their service. Read more
Fast and easy service. Everything came out right and the person helping us was super nice. I did take a star because the... location is honestly bad you have a lot of people that cut threw the parking lot and it messes with the Wendy?s second stallline. Read more
