Depends who you get. Some are awesome. Some are downright rude.

So so delicious! It's fantastic for lunch. I always get the honey baked sandwich (turkey or ham) and the potato salad. Loves it

This is some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I wanted to pick up 12 boxed lunches for my friends and... family to eat on the day of my wedding while we were getting ready. We went into the store 2 weeks ahead of time and talked toan associate in person, who assured us that this would be no problem and to bring in our food order by the Thursday before thewedding. I walked into the store on Thursday ready with my orders and willing to pay upfront, and the owner of the store wasEXTREMELY rude. She said she had no idea what I was talking about and was insistent that it was impossible for them to fulfillour order that we had previously been promised by one of her employees. I find it embarrassing that a restaurant does notbelieve themselves to be capable of putting together 12 ham and turkey sandwiches paired with a bag of chips and a pre-wrappedcookie. I understand if there was a miscommunication between the employee and the owner, but what made it worse was that theowner never once apologized or made any effort to fix the issue. When I pointed out my frustrations, she just stared back at me.If you are unable to handle a simple mix-up with respect and common manners, then you should not be in a service industry. Iwould not recommend this restaurant to anyone for catering or boxed lunches. Read more
