Ive order 6 2 dollar burritos and a fry my fries was cold and my burritos didnt have much meat in it and my cheese wasn't melted... at all im making a complaint cause theres several times this has happened and the employees and managers are so rude cause theymessed up on my food if they dont like they job they should quit cause everytime i come there imma complain cause theh mess upon my food all the time im bout to start going to the bypass taco bell abd so should everyone else im sick of it Read more
I feel like I'm pretty tolerant, today however, I get in the drive thru line and there are only 2 cars between me and where one... orders. It took 19 minutes for me to be able to place my order. I had to repeat my order 3 times. I wanted a happy hour drinkbut was in line so long happy hour was over. It took another 22 minutes to get to the window to get my order. I was in line toolong to get a happy hour drink but the sweet lady who took my money gave me a drink. She is very appreciated! Total drive thruexperience 45 minutes! Insane! Read more

Four items out of our bag were wrong. We only got seven items... So more than half of our order was wrong. And they wanted us to... go back, through the long line, in order to get it correct. Because they're still locked up. They still don't have dining roomservice. The cashier(Laura) was rude and told me I would have to go back through the line. When I asked for a manager, she cometo the window with an attitude, I was met with more hostility at their mistakes. We will not return. Read more
I ordered 2 tacos supreme w/o sour cream. When I was able to eat them, 5 minutes later, they were cold, the ingredients were... falling out of the wrapper on me, and the wrap was stale!! We ordered the Cheesy Gordita Crunch + 2 Dorito taco and neither one of them had meat
Went inside for a take out order. Got order fairly quickly. Less than 5 minutes back to work. All items were warm but not... freshly hot when I sat down to eat. I got a $5 Chalupa Craving Box. Last item I ate was supposed to be a Crunchy Taco. When Iopened it, it was all broken and SOGGY!!!! Ate it with a fork!!! Think twice before I go back. Read more
I've partnered with Grubhub and after entering the establishment, everything was warming- an employee/ a young lady reviewed my... pick-up and confirmed my order and told me it'll be out shortly.. LITERALLY twenty minutes later and I'm behind people I knowwas there 10 minutes before me- after hearing alot of talking coming from the kitchen, I asked no one in particular- can I speakwith the manager and a younger white guy about 5'9", puffy jaws and black hair says he's the manager and after asking what maybe causing the excessive wait- he looked and said '- I'm the cook, I'll get to it when I get to it..
