Worst steak and cheese sub I have ever tasted. Took 2 bites and spit it out. The steak tasted like it was spoiled. The service... was just as bad. Ordered no onions and it was loaded and I am allergic to onions. Now I am very sick. This place needs to beclosed down. Read more
Subway sandwiches don't taste good through drive thru. They don't fix it right
I was walking home, and decided I felt like ordering a sub to go. Walking up to the drive-thru window, a cheerless employee... informed me that I would have to walk back over to the drive-thru speaker to order. When I pointed out that I was right at thewindow, and she could place the order, I was flatly told that I had to use the speaker because it was easier for the employees.Quite ridiculous. It's not a regular Subway! I love Subway sandwiches, but this place cannot make typical food for this franchise. The first time... it was just an awful sandwich, and the second time its nasty food and brutal service. The girl that took the order was usingfoul language and yelling at the manager after I showed them the sandwich she made. Not sure if the manager can coachprofessionalism and ethical behavior to someone she is afraid of. I hope this will reach the regional manager. Read more
My husband and I go to this Subway all time. Today this ended as he tried to order online and put on sandwich lettuce, tomato... and yellow mustard. He picked it up got home had everything on it especially those stinking onions. Took it back they would notgive us correct sandwiches or our money back. Hope you enjoy that money won?t be getting anymore. Came home tried the app againwhich Subway said is not there app if you choose only 2 toppings it gives you everyone they have. This place sucks. I haven't eaten here in 4 years, it was time to resample the goods. Had a half inch steak "Cali Fresh". I wanted it just like... the picture, they don't have the pictures in the restaurant which is unfortunate and should be rectified. This locationcurrently does not offer dine in, which is understandable, all things considered. DO NOT GO TO THIS SUBWAY. THIS WAS MY FIRST TIME GOING & IT WILL BE MY LAST TIME. I received a subway with only turkey and... lettuce. I asked for cheese, spinach, banana peppers, black olives and mayo. Stop hiring people who don't want to work & who isapparently lazy who can't make a sandwich that the customer asked for!!
