JASMINE?S SERVICE IS HORRIBLE AND SHE NEEDS TO LEARN HOW TO TALK TO CUSTOMERS WITHOUT HAVING AN ATTITUDE! THIS IS THE SECOND... TIME I HAVE BEEN HERE AND HAD THIS BAD EXPERIENCE FROM JASMINE! Ordered hot matcha latte ahead for pick up, to arrive and get a cold latte! ????. Then had to wait to get my beverage made... correctly. Left and drank the latte to get all jittery and nauseous, the barista apparently messed up the recipe snd added waytoo much (likely double the amount of tea in it). Probably training was not completed by barista. ???? took me 5 h and lots ofwater ???? to recover and feel normal Read more

Per usual, if I'm the only person in line this Starbucks is great! It is a small little kiosk in Kroger so I'm not holding it to... the highest standard here. Despite never having cheese danishes when I want them -- they always have blueberry muffins andthat's a definite plus! It's the best coffee close to the Medical Center so I'm thankful it's here! Visiting from out of town. We have stopped here for 2 mornings in a row and will continue for the length of our stay. I always... get a toffee nut latte at home and this is what I ordered here. The barista hits it perfectly when she makes it for me. Read more
I?m giving the Kroger location 2 stars because normally, the are pretty good - friendly and what-not. However, tonight I went in... before work at 8:55 (plenty of time to make a coffee before close) and they said they had already closed. If the hours say ?opentil 9 pm?, you are open til 9, not open until 8:55. When I was managing shifts, no matter how slow we were, we stayed open untilthe time advertised; because that is good business. Read more
