I went through drive thru at 1:05 today. One of the workers was droping cuss words, bull@#$% and the fbomb inside and ranting... about something happened when they x went outside for a cigarette break. My meal had a fly in my wrapper on the burger I can't and won't eat this my sons frys where old and stale and my wife's burger... was big dill pickles burger that literally came 1/4 of a single small pickle.... like really?? Horrible. Experience and I didn'teven get offered a refund just a replacement if I give my name pfft been there done that got told I have no idea what yourtalking about before. I?m not typically a person to complain about fast food chains because I understand they are typically high school kids not... getting paid very much.However, I?ve gone to this sonic a total of 3 times and every single time they apparently ?had brokenmicrophones? each time I went through the car order line. The most recent after finally losing patients I went politely to thewindow to inform them of my misfortune. The worker proceeded to tell me the microphone wasn?t working when I clearly hear themlaughing through the speaker. This a new Sonic location. It moved after a tornado destroyed the old location. They definitely have some problems with their... service. We have been here several times and had orders wrong or very slow. Today we didn't get our order at all. I checkedon it, and they didn't have any record of our order. We won't be back to this Sonic location. They definitely need to work onimproving their service. Read more
