I waited for nearly 30 minutes on tots & broccoli cheese bites on Friday around 3pm.....that was the total order of $7.50. I... wouldn't have waited if they were for me, but while doing so I seen several other cars come & go....including an employee whogets out of a Ford Five Hundred, goes in, makes a meal and comes sit in her car while they ate it....then they left. I went tothe door and the young lady was very apologetic and gave my stuff for free including a medium diet soda. I'm not sure what'sgoing on here, but the service has extremely declined....plus after the wait the food was cold. I see alot of things postedabout this particular location online, but I chose to leave my experience here. I really didn't want to give it 1star......please do better. And please don't ask me to file a complaint with the 800 number....this is sufficient informationto review.....you have cameras. Read more

Worst sonic in Bowling Green. I now try to avoid this sonic because of its poor service! I?ve only been 3 times in the past 6... months and I?ve been ignored in the drive through every time. Today, I sat in the drive through on the intercom for at least 5to 10 minutes with no acknowledgment. I understand store can be short staffed sometimes, but at least be transparent with yourcustomer and tell them you will be with them in a second. I can understand it happening to me once maybe because of a bad staffbut it?s almost every time I go there. Not answering an intercom for that long is bad business. Read more

I wish I could give negative stars! We go to this one for convenience because we live nearby but nearly every single time, we... are missing something from our order. Even an entirely different order a couple of times. We avoid this place now. It's theworst fast food restaurant in BG. If you go to this one, be prepared to receive cold food no less than 20 minutes after youplace your order. Every. Single. Time. This is the first review I've ever left, positive or negative. But something has got togive with this place. I recently wanted a slush after a couple of months of not going there and I was completely ignored at thestalls, I tried 2 of them, so I ended up in the drive thru. The person at the speaker was mumbling, I couldn't understandanything she said. I mentioned I sat at 2 stalls at the window and all I got was "oh, I'm sorry". No explanation for why I wasbeing ignored? We won't be back, ever. Seems as though giving one last chance didn't go well. Read more

Good evening everyone: I was just at the Sonic on Louisville Road. I quit going there at lunch because of terrible service and... taking a complete lunch period to receive the product ordered, most commonly only a few drinks. So tonight, before leaving workI looked at the online application and there were only 2 Sonics with online ordering, Louisville Road and Nashville Road. Thatsaid I placed an online order when I would have never ordered from this store again. I went to the store, and pulled into astall, notifying my arrival through the application. There was an employee with her hood up likely needing assistance, 3employees minimum in the store, and one out to the side talking on the phone. The stall notification was cleared indicating theorder was ready for delivery. I waited a few minutes and backed out and approached the door. One girl was fixing her hair. Sheasked if I had an online order and I advised yes. She asked where I was parked to which advised the only stall with a car in itand they had cleared the order on the computer and should be aware of the location. I would like for management and ownershipthat this is more the norm than the exception. I wish someone would take note and rectify the issues at that location. Thankyou. Read more

Went through the drive-through ordered a route 44 sweet tea and 30 minutes later was given a large diet coke. Back to waiting... again. This place is getting worse by the visit. Edit: Waited 15 minutes in the stall no answer so it was time to leave. Idon't have an hour to wait for a drink. Read more

If I could give negative stars, I would. The Bowling Green, Louisville Road location is the worst. The WORST service I?ve ever... experienced. I only order ahead through the app because of the half price drinks after waiting for 20 minutes and not receivingour drinks, I call on the intercom?10 minutes pass and no answer. We decided to back out and wait in the drive through linewhile another from our party went up to ask about our order. The manager (I assume manager?) was extremely rude and kept sayingthat the next time we knock on the door, he?s throwing our meal away. All I can say is if someone throws our meal away, theybetter refund in full, no questions asked. Will not return to that location?ever. Read more

Incredibly slow and very poorly managed. I have given this sonic multiple opportunities and chances to prove itself and to... provide good customer service. This location has failed me every single time. I?m not sure if they are incompetent or justincredibly understaffed. Either way, this location needs to either be shut down or put under new management. There are a dozensonics in this area. Please, for the love of god and the good of the community, find another location to patron. Read more
