Flavorful, great atmosphere & friendly staff! This is my first time eating traditional ramen. I stated such when Ashley and... Toby began working with my order. I arrived around 6:40pm on a Wednesday - the restaurant was not very busy - I arrived at theright time, because as my food was prepared and served, the establishment became evidently busy. Speed of service was great, andstaff were very welcoming as well as answering my questions by providing their recommendations. I saw the Musubi andimmediately had to try - DELICIOUS - I had my first Musubi roll in Hawaii last fall and this is the only place in Bowling Greenthat I am told that sells the delicacy. :) I ordered the Peppercorn Chicken Ramen (spicy side of things) in addition to themusubi. First time trying Simply Ramen - and really enjoyed it! Had Shoyu, with an extra marinated boiled egg. Pork slices were very... tender and had good flavor. Noodles and broth were tasty too. Highly recommend the egg rolls for an appetizer. Everything onthe menu looked good. All freshly prepared when you order. Dessert (mochi ice cream) looked good, but I had no room.
