Hot and miss with this location. I ordered an Ole World Pepperoni pizza for the UGA game with the crispy caramelized crust. And... i got it. It was amazing! Then, I ordered another a few weeks later and it was a miss. I was a basic $5 pep. I took it back andasked for the one i got a few weeks ago and to my surprise they had NO idea of what a crispy caramelized crust was ! I showedthem a pic of the pizza i got a few weeks back and they were floored...????????????. They told me that was the "thin crust" andi said not, and they said yes. They made the pizza... It was a 35 minute wait but i was quoted 8 to 12, so that was annoying as other people have reviewed. The pizza was extremely... greasy but what do you expect from a cheap pizza. But my biggest gripe was i understand they were very busy and probably shortstaffed but the cashier was handling cash at the drive through window and then immediately hopping on the line to help makepizzas with unwashed hands. Thats disgusting, and i carefully watched to make sure she didnt handle my pizza because i wouldvejust asked for my money back and went to dominos where the the pizza is amazing, fast even when busy and theyre sanitary.
